Shipping Information
Australian Deliveries
We have a flat express post fee shipping within Australia of $12 regardless of how many items you purchase in one transaction and endeavour to have orders delivered to you within 5 working days from the time your payment clears. You will receive a delivery confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched that will include a tracking number.
International Deliveries
If you live outside Australia, to make it easy we offer a flat rate depending on where you live.
Items shipped overseas are exclusive of Australia Goods and Services Tax (GST), currently at the rate of 10%. This amount is removed from your order.
Postage Pricing

The above is a guide, please be aware though that deliveries to New Zealand and the World may take between 5-10 days to arrive. This may be due to the amount of time it can take an item to clear at customs.
Customs
Postal charges do not include any taxes and duties that may be applied and applicable by customs in the country you reside. Any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fess that may be imposed will be the responsibility of the customer. Australian law prohibits from marking any orders as a 'gift' even if the order is placed with this intention. If you require further information in relation to this, you will need to contact your local customs office.
Parcel Arrival
We aim to process orders from the time you submit to us and your payment is cleared. An email will be sent to you to let you know your parcel is on its way. When there is a delay for delivery of your parcel we will advise you.
If your parcel has been lost due to an incorrect address submitted online, ALISON DOMINY is not liable and will not refund or supply a replacement, as it is the customer's responsibility to ensure their address is correct.
