Ordering

A contract between “us” and “you” for the purchase of goods will not be formed until full payment from “you” has been approved by “us” and we have debited your credit or debit card.

An order between "us" and stockists must be checked and any discrepancies (whether there's issues with quantities or damage) be advised within 3 days. Anything advised outside of this timeframe is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Pricing

If “we” discover an error in pricing or payment of any goods which "you" have ordered we will inform "you" of this as soon as possible. “You” will have the opportunity of reconfirming "your" order at the correct price or cancelling it. ALISON DOMINY is not liable for any pricing errors which appear on this website which include inaccuracy, and or error (including processing errors).

Delivery costs are charged in addition to the ordered price. Delivery costs are available for viewing when selecting a product and at the final stages of the transaction. Any additional duties, taxes and custom incurred in the country of the destination are the responsibility of the customer (you).

In order to contract with ALISON DOMINY, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued.

Re-Sale of Items

Items purchased from ALISON DOMINY with an intent to re-sell or items purchased from ALISON DOMINY that are sold after a period of time void any possibility of a return/exchange, unless their is an agreement between ALISON DOMINY and the person/business involved. Using ALISON DOMINY logos or other matter in relation to ALISON DOMINY without written permission is a trademark infringement. ALISON DOMINY bares no responsibility for business/people who purchase ALISON DOMINY from ALISON DOMINY website address or other ALISON DOMINY permitted stockists that then re-sell on other sites at the same Recommended Retail Price or higher/lower including price matching.
